Dugi otok - Žman

Long Island is the largest island in Zadar's archipelague. It is 45 km long and the connection with land (Zadar) is very organized. There are ferries and boats which drive several times a day.
Long Island can offer you vacation in untouched nature, beautiful shores and cliffs which are surrounded by clear sea. You can enjoy swimming or just laying in the sun, or you can try fishing or scuba diving (in the biggest place on Island - Sali). But, if even that isn't enough you can visit Zadar and see it's thousands years old magnificent monuments, which are Croatian national treasure.
Near the sea, our apartments give you opportunity for a beautiful vacation. Close enough to the village and yet situated near the sea in our apartments you can find peace and silence during the night and day. We have place for parking and place for boats, and if you don't have your own boat, in village you can rent it. You can use our fire place and in village you can buy fresh fish from the local fishermen.
If you want we can even prepare food for you.
People organize excursions to National Park Kornati, one of the most beautiful proofs of miracles of nature. It became National Park in 1980 and it consists 147 lonley islands.

Apartments

We have 3 apartments: first for 2 persons, second for 4 persons (+1 person) and third for 4 persons (+2 persons).
The village in which is situated our house, Žman, is first time mentioned in 13th century by the name Mežano. From that time dates even the local church St. John. Žman has a local doctor, post office, shop and few restaurants. It is the place of silence, still undiscovered by turists, but ideal for those who want to spend their vacation in peace connected with nature, sea and its rhythm.
